Job Summary: As a Senior Treasury Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our cash receivable reconciliation processes. Your responsibilities will include identifying and recording collections, posting transactions, and preparing bank slips for deposits. You will also ensure compliance with treasury management protocols and contribute to the overall success of our finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Remittance Management:

  • Identify and record collections from online bank transfers.
  • Record cash and check collections accurately.
  • Post all recorded collections using our accounting system (SAP).
  • Coordinate with messengers for updating bank documents.
  • Prepare bank slips for deposits.

• Treasury Management Compliance:

  • Ensure the accuracy of data and information.

• Additional Tasks:

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the finance team.

Qualifications:

• Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.

• Experience:

  • At least 1 year of experience in finance.

• Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficient with bookkeeping and accounting software (SAP).
  • Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
