About the Role
The Category Manager will oversee the overall performance of the assigned category. This role involves supervising the creation and implementation of campaigns to enhance the performance of the accounts under management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily category team performance and motivation, ensuring integration and development with best practices.
- Manage account relationships to achieve shared business objectives through collaboration.
- Supervise campaign planning and execution, including setting commercial objectives, resource planning, and monitoring campaign performance.
- Establish forecast cycles for campaigns and business-as-usual (BAU) replenishments.
- Manage inventory and order-to-cash processes (Inventory and Accounts Receivable Health), ensuring compliance with key performance indicators.
- Conduct e-joint business planning and reviews with accounts.
- Provide e-commerce category analysis and insights.
- Organize cross-functional or test-and-learn projects.
Qualifications:
- Degree in any business-related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in eCommerce and/or FMCG.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet critical deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
- Strong drive to learn and achieve results.
- Experience in managing teams is a plus.
