Business Information Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Information Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead initiatives to develop and manage business information systems that drive organizational growth. Your focus will be on creating valuable insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making, without an intensive focus on data analytics. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely flow of information across the organization, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining robust information governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creates, gathers, and maintains data and information to support Commercial operations.
- Develops and maintains comprehensive business information reports for the department.
- Establishes and manages cross-functional information governance frameworks.
- Ensures accurate and timely information flow to various stakeholders within the organization.
- Conducts information audits and implements measures to safeguard data and apply appropriate controls.
- Leads coordination efforts within cross-functional teams, including project management, to achieve business objectives.
- Oversees performance management systems, including regular KPI and metrics reviews.
- Fosters community practices within the organization and supports team development.
- Manages key projects, including setting up project teams, conducting project reviews, and ensuring timely delivery of desired results.
- Performs other tasks as assigned to support the department and organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in eCommerce and/or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics, activations, and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Experience in coaching, developing, and training team members.
