JOB SUMMARY:
The Digital Partnership and Production Manager serves as the primary lead and 
point of contact for all activities related to Key Opinion Leader (KOL) and celebrity 
management, nano, micro, macro influencer partnerships, live-selling production on 
social and E-commerce platforms and affiliate marketing initiatives. He/She will drive 
strategic collaborations, manage relationships with influencers and affiliates, and 
optimize campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for Key Opinion Leader (KOL) 
and celebrity management, as well as partnerships with nano, micro, and macro 
influencers. Lead live-selling production on social and E-commerce platforms and 
oversee affiliate marketing initiatives to achieve. mad Agency’s branding and 
revenue goals.
2. Partnership Management:
Identify, recruit, and nurture relationships with key KOLs, celebrities, influencers 
across different tiers, and affiliate partners. Ensure alignment with. mad Agency’s 
brand values and strategic objectives.
3. Campaign Development:
Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute innovative campaigns 
that leverage influencer and affiliate channels. Drive initiatives that boost brand 
awareness, engagement, and sales conversion.
4. Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including engagement rates, 
conversions, and ROI. Utilize insights to optimize strategies and ensure effective 
allocation of resources.
5. Budget Oversight:
Manage budgets allocated to influencer marketing, live-selling productions, and 
affiliate programs. Responsible for budget planning, forecasting, and financial 
accountability.
6. Contract Negotiation:
Negotiate agreements and contracts with influencers, KOLs, celebrities, and affiliate 
partners. Secure mutually beneficial terms that maximize partnership value and 
ensure compliance with legal requirements.
7. Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on the performance and effectiveness of influencer 
campaigns, live-selling events, and affiliate marketing efforts. Provide actionable 
insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on data-driven analysis.
8. Trend Identification:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in 
influencer marketing, live-selling, and affiliate strategies. Drive innovation and adapt 
strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and market trends.
9. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Foster collaboration with internal teams including marketing, creative, sales, and 
product development to align influencer and affiliate strategies with overall business 
objectives.
10.Compliance and Ethics:
Ensure all influencer marketing and affiliate activities comply with industry 
regulations, ethical standards, and .mad Agency’s policies. Uphold integrity and 
transparency in all partnerships and campaigns.
11.Professional Development:
Continuously expand knowledge and expertise in influencer marketing, live-selling 
trends, and affiliate marketing through professional development and industry 
networking.
12.Team Management:
Involves overseeing a team of executives responsible for the day-to-day operations 
of the group.
13.Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

JOB SPECIFICATION:
  • Degree in Management, Advertising, or any
    related course.
  • At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
ADEQUATE KNOWLEDGE ON:
  • Platform rules on influencer and affiliate marketing. 
  • TikTok ShoP
  • Affiliate selling requirements and restrictions. 
  • Live selling trends and operations.
  • Demonstrates a clear understanding of the company's vision and mission, and is 
    able to effectively communicate them to others.
  • Maintains a thorough understanding of company rules and regulations, and 
    consistently adheres to them in all work activities.
COMPETENCIES: 
  • Online sourcing and negotiation.
  • Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills and is adaptable to working in a dynamic environment where priorities and requirements may change frequently.
  • Can handle high-pressure situations, remain calm under stress, and effectively manage time and resources to meet critical deadlines.
  • Can attend to multiple priorities simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize and manage workload effectively to ensure all objectives are met
