Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Human Resources and Administration team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process, managing regularization documentation, and overseeing the offboarding process. You will also assist with various administrative tasks and support hiring activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with new hires to gather necessary information and pre-employment requirements.
  • Prepare orientation logistics and coordinate details with facilitators.
  • Serve as a point of contact for new employees during their onboarding process, addressing queries and providing guidance.
  • Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to ensure new hires have the necessary equipment and workspace setup.
  • Implement improvements based on feedback from new hires and stakeholders to enhance the onboarding experience.
  • Assist in the regularization process for probationary employees, ensuring all evaluations and paperwork are completed accurately and on time.
  • Manage the offboarding process with sensitivity and professionalism, including scheduling exit interviews and processing necessary paperwork.
  • Provide support and guidance to departing employees regarding final paychecks and other offboarding matters.
  • Ensure complete and accurate records of employees by efficiently managing the 201 files.
  • Extract personnel reports, queries, and other information from HRIS and/or 201 files as needed.
  • Support hiring activities as needed.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, psychology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably with a focus on onboarding, regularization, and offboarding processes.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to onboarding, regularization, and offboarding.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with candidates, managers, and external partners.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and a team player with a high level of professionalism.
