Job Summary: The Junior Product Manager plays a key role in ensuring high-quality, efficient product delivery by handling tactical responsibilities and supporting cross-functional coordination across teams. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in product processes who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and contribute across the entire product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining and refining product requirements and user stories.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams during sprint planning and product delivery.
• Maintain and update project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) for backlog grooming and prioritization.
• Analyze user feedback and product usage data to uncover improvement opportunities.
• Support QA and UAT testing phases to ensure product quality.
• Document key product features, release notes, and communications for internal and customer use.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer support, and operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related course.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a product-related or cross-functional tech environment.
• Solid understanding of product lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to break down complex issues and identify effective solutions.
• Technical literacy—comfortable discussing basic software architecture and APIs.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Skilled in backlog and task management using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
• Strong written communication for documentation and reporting.
• Curiosity, empathy, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
• Certifications (Nice to Have): ITIL Foundation; SCRUM certification
