Job Summary:
As a Media and Accounts Executive, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing comprehensive digital media strategies. This position demands a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mind, adept at leveraging data to drive impactful media campaigns. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and managing integrated digital media strategies that align with our clients’ objectives and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Develop Digital Media Strategies: Formulate comprehensive strategies across various channels to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Gather and analyze data to identify the most effective media channels for campaign deployment.
  • Media Planning: Develop detailed media plans to achieve campaign goals within budget constraints.
  • Liaison with Media Buyers: Collaborate with media buyers to draft, review, and finalize media proposals.
  • Ad Operations Briefing: Create and deliver briefs to ad operations teams for booking ads through self-service platforms or media vendors.
  • Campaign Execution: Ensure efficient launch and management of media campaigns, adhering to schedules.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed campaign reports, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.
  • Coordination: Oversee the implementation of digital media plans, ensuring cohesive execution across all platforms.
  • Budget Management: Create and oversee digital campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of funds.
  • Media Buying: Negotiate and purchase digital advertising space, securing favorable terms and placements.
  • Cross-department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital campaigns.
  • Campaign Analysis and Recommendations: Analyze campaign metrics and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
  • Market Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of market trends and emerging digital opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Work Experience: Proven experience in digital media planning and buying.
  • Knowledge Competencies:
    • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
    • In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms and tools.
    • Clear understanding of the company’s vision and mission.
    • Thorough understanding of company rules and regulations.
