About the Role
The Sr. Business Planner is responsible for overseeing demand forecasting for brand partners, including the creation of building blocks and analyzing generated uplift. This role requires excellent planning and coordination with both internal and external stakeholders to optimize brand partners, company investments, and operations. You will analyze overall performance compared to competitors and explore strategic growth opportunities for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and provide demand forecasts and performance analyses to enhance decision-making.
- Monitor market trends and conduct competitive scans with brand partners.
- Collaborate with the internal core commercial team to analyze initiatives and investments by brand and assess their impact on overall business performance.
- Provide recommendations to brand partners and the company to optimize investments and operations.
- Ideate and recommend strategic growth initiatives for brand partners and the company.
Qualifications:
- A degree in any Business-related field.
- Preferably experienced in account-facing roles for business planning and demand reviews.
- Experience in forecasting and sales planning.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly analytical with extensive experience in data analytics and market trends.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in forecasting.
- Experience in the Retail/Merchandise and E-commerce industries.
- Strong personality and ability to collaborate with different teams.
